No! Mosquito Authority offers our customers great service with no contracts or commitments – ever. You can cancel any time, and you’ll never be locked into long-term service with a contract.
What if I’m not happy with the results?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with Mosquito Authority’s service, we’ll happily refund your money.
Can Mosquito Authority kill every single mosquito on my property?
No service can honestly guarantee that they’ll leave you with absolutely zero mosquitoes on your property. A mosquito could wander in from an adjacent property at any time. However, Mosquito Authority will dramatically reduce the presence of mosquitoes on your property. We guarantee your satisfaction, and if you’re bitten by mosquitoes in between treatments, we’ll come out to reassess and, if necessary, retreat your property at no extra cost.
Are there additional steps I can take to keep mosquitoes away from my property other than a professional treatment?
Absolutely! We put together a free Mosquito Awareness Guide to help educate people on how they can keep mosquitoes away from their property. Easy steps include getting rid of any standing water, mowing your lawn regularly, putting up fences to deter wild animals, and clearing away leaf litter and debris.
Does Mosquito Authority offer commercial mosquito services?
Yes! We service all kinds of outdoor spaces, including businesses.
Do you offer one-time treatments for special events?
Yes, we do. If you have a special outdoor event coming up, all we need is 48-hours’ notice, and we can treat the entire space to make sure you and your guests aren’t bothered by mosquitoes during the event. Check out our special events page to learn more.
Do I need to be at home for every treatment?
No, there’s no need for you to be at home unless you have questions for your technician. We’ll alert you 24 hours before we treat your property, and we’ll leave a notice letting you know when we performed the treatment.
How long does the treatment take to dry?
About 30 minutes. Mosquito Authority’s treatment is designed to be extremely effective and to dry quickly, so you can get back to enjoying your yard the same day.
